Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. Orders placed between 10am EST Friday thru midnight EST Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All US orders are shipped via USPS and should be received within 2-5 business days after processing. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Whosjimmyswim.com is not responsible for any carrier delays. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, with tracking number(s) active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and other fees

Damages

Whosjimmyswim.com is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipping. If an order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim; save all packaging materials and damaged goods first.
